Mads has provided the framework for his team of developers tasked with realisation / rationalization / transformation of digital solutions. Working closely with customers to ensure successful go-live of implementations. He leads the development of the solutions leveraging the team of subject matter experts, then plan activities into desired solutions. Mads has provided the leadership for major digital solutions in financial institutions as well as industrial environments.
Lately he is busy leading the efforts for a
major recycling entity in Denmark, leading the front and backend
implementations.
Past engagements have been with major banking and stock trading platforms,
hence his personal obsession with all things crypto and stock related.
