  • Agree to any ammendment to contract and sign.

  • Secure permits, licences, contractual ammendments with providers.
  • Establish communication plans.

  • Undertake planning calls and meetings with rterlevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare documental updates where needed.

  • Implementation of agreed plans.
  • Capture and review lessons learned with stakeholders.
  • Update project and business documentation to support operations.
  • Mop up sessions before final hand over.
  • Plan handover with stakeholders.
  • Commence Handover.

Handover

  • Rweview the hand over collateral with operational team. 
  • Review lessons learned and clarify where needed.
  • Ammend documentation where appropiate.
  • Agree to the hand over and exit project.
